No. We checked, and Costco does not offer one. Coupon sites say otherwise; here is what the company actually says.
What does work at Costco instead
The savings for a member on a fixed income come from Kirkland Signature own-brand pricing, the Costco Optical and hearing aid centres, and the pharmacy, which are open to every member regardless of age. If the annual fee is the problem, the Gold Star membership is the cheapest tier.
