No. We checked, and REI Co-op does not offer one. Coupon sites say otherwise; here is what the company actually says.
What does work at REI Co-op instead
REI Co-op membership is $30 once, open to anyone, and pays back roughly 10% of what you spend as an annual dividend. REI Outlet and the Re/Supply used gear program are open to all members.

Read on rei.com on 9 September 2026. Pages advertising a $20 lifetime REI military membership with ID.me verification contradict REI's own answer and were not used.
