The public offer lists active military members, U.S. military veterans and military spouses. Retirees and dependents are not separately listed on the offer page; military.com's listing does name retirees, Reserve/National Guard and dependents, so that part is unresolved. Guard and Reserve members are told to pick the status that applies in the SheerID form.
